ANNUAL ACCOUNTS

COMPLIANCE ANNUAL ACCOUNTS

Annual accounts are the financial reports which must be prepared at the end of each financial year.

Whether you’re a sole trader, director of a small business, several large companies or limited companies, there is one thing that you all have in common – you want your business to succeed!

So, why not pass what you might regard as a more repetitive task of your business of preparing your annual accounts over to our team of accountants. This means you can devote more time to growing your business.

Advantages of working with a chartered accountancy firm like ours is that we could save you money. We will advise you of the most tax efficient way for you to run your business and what can and can’t be claimed through company expenses.

But importantly, you will have peace of mind knowing that you have a Team working with you that is on top of your paperwork and aware of all the necessary deadlines to prevent any late penalty fines!

When preparing your accounts, we include a comprehensive balance sheet showing everything your company owns and owes at the end of your year’s trading.

Copies of these accounts must then be sent to;

  • HMRC (H M Revenue and Customs)
  • Companies House
  • The Shareholders

Our Compliance Services

Our Compliance Services

We were recommended to McKenzies Group back in the mid 80’s by our bankers, Lloyds. After a very unpleasant experience with our previous accountant and also a rather accrimonious exit, McKenzies Group set about putting together the financial controls to allow the business to grow. I am pleased to report that 30 years later we are still using McKenzies Group and they have grown with us, providing not only financial reporting but also a range of business advice worthy of any experienced non executive director.
